Ballintaggart Farm is a unique and intimate wedding venue situated in the heart of Highland Perthshire, perfectly suited for up to 38 guests for a refined rural celebration. We also offer external catering services for larger events at other venues in Perthshire.

Yes, Ballintaggart Farm is an exclusive-use venue for small weddings, providing an entirely private and magical setting for you and your guests. This guarantees an intimate atmosphere without interruption from other events or non-party guests.

On-site, the Farmhouse (sleeping up to 14) and The Steading (sleeping 4) provide luxury self-catering accommodation for the bridal party. We also have East End Cottage a 5-10 minute walk from the Farm available for up to 4 guests. For additional guests, our sister property, The Grandtully Hotel, is only a short two-mile drive away and offers eight charming rooms.

The nearby towns of Aberfeldy & Pitlochry also have ample options for accommodation, and are both a short 10-15 minute drive away.

Ballintaggart wedding packages start from £15,000. Our focus with our wedding venue is on bespoke celebrations; thus, we offer tailored quotes, but all packages include dedicated event staffing, exceptional food, wedding cake(s), a full bar service, catering for the night before/the morning after, charcuterie boards on arrival as well as exclusive use of the farm.

Yes, you can hold your ceremony in our stunning outdoor setting overlooking the beautiful Strath Tay, providing a picturesque backdrop for your vows. We also have elegant indoor spaces like The Feast Room to ensure a reliable "Plan B" in case of any inclement Scottish weather.

The farm is easily accessible by car, located about an hour and a half from both Edinburgh and Glasgow. We are also a 15-minute drive from nearby Pitlochry, a 10-minute drive from Aberfeldy and a 20-minute drive from Dunkeld.

A car is recommended for enjoying this rural location, which offers endless recreational opportunities like scenic hiking trails and fresh water swims.

We don’t currently allow guests to bring their own alcohol, but we provide a full and comprehensive bar service. We can also work closely with you to source your favourite wines for the occasion, as well as crafting bespoke cocktails for your special day.

We provide all of the crockery, napkins, menus and facilitation for your special day. In terms of photographers and florists, these will need to be organised separately.
