Our very first 26hr retreat, Exploring The Art of Coorie with Gabriella Bennett at Ballintaggart Farm
20th - 21st January 2019. 9am Sunday - check out 11am Monday. £300 per person or £150 Sunday only (no accomodation).
You can expect daily meditation and yoga with Emma Flynn from Tribe Yoga, Edinburgh, chance to explore and forage in the Perthshire hills and enjoy a cooking masterclass. The evening will be set by the fire, stargazing and listening to a reading from The Art of Coorie by Gabriella Bennett before a luxurious night's sleep at Ballintaggart Farm or the nearby Grandtully Hotel by Ballintaggart. The retreat is fully catered by the Ballintaggart Farm team voted Best for Inner Peace by The Good Food Guide 2019 and will include a nourishing brunch, refreshments throughout and a simple supper.
Saturday Masterclasses 2019
